Ginger Orange Glazed Green Beans
Ingredients
1 pound green beans – cleaned and trimmed
1 pound mushrooms – cleaned and thinly sliced
Sesame Oil
1/2 orange – zested and juiced
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
Sesame Seeds to finish
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, add the prepped green beans and mushrooms. Drizzle generously with sesame oil and toss lightly to coat. Roast for 20 minutes, until veggies start to brown. Remove from the oven when complete. Whisk the OJ, zest, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and ginger until smooth. Pour over the roasted veggies. Toss gently to coat evenly. Grab your prettiest serving dish and plate the veggies. Serve immediately. ENJOY every single bite!
